When you get behind Sports Hall Topolica, Google Maps will lead you to take the first right, all you need to do is to follow the street sign, keep going straight for 30m and take the second right, where you will recognize our apartments in Bar – Villa.
Our villa offers two parking options:
1. Free private parking 60m from the villa (1 minute walk-no reservation is needed)
2. Paid private parking in front of the villa (depending of the time of the season price varies from 5,00€ to 10,00€ per day-reservation is needed)
At the reception you can check in from 2pm-9pm, and check out no later than 10:30am.
Check-in is until 21:00h, but if you need a late check in (after the specified time) you are obliged to inform our team about it so we can send you self check-in instructions.
Early check-in depends of availability. If your room is ready at the time of your arrival, we will be more than happy to accommodate you immediately. If not, you can use your room from 2pm.
Check-out is until 10:30am. Room reservation after the indicated time of check-out will be charged additionally. The use of the room from 10:30am to 6pm will be charged 65% of the regular price, and this request can only be fulfilled if the room is not already booked by new guests.
It is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount in advance. Payment can be made by post, bank or western union, and the rest is payable on arrival.
After the confirmed reservation, the right to cancel it is obtained on the
basis of the following conditions:
- 30 or more days prior to arrival of the guest, without any payment of any
amount; - 15-30 days before arrival of the guest, 30% of the total amount of the
reservation will be charged; - 7-15 days before arrival of the guest, 50% of the total amount of the
reservation will be charged; - Any cancellation that has not been announced at least 7 days before the
arrival date will be fully charged
When making a reservation, it is necessary to emphasize in which type of room you would like to be accommodated (double bed or single). However, we would like to emphasize that we can fulfill this request subject to availability.
To register your stay, you need to go to the Bar Tourism Organization, and you need to register within 48 hours of your arrival.
For information about the owner of the building, it is necessary to contact the staff of the villa, and registration in our villa is done ONLY for the period of stay with us, NOT for the entire stay in Montenegro.
Our housekeeper keeps the common area tidy on daily basis. If you want general cleaning of your room, please contact the person in charge of hygiene.
Pets are not allowed in our villa.
In our villa are forbidden room visits of unregistered guests.
Our accommodation in Bar is located 40km from Podgorica Airport and 58km from Tivat Airport.
You can use inter-city transport to reach us, and you can also schedule a ride with us.

Our Villa is just 4 minutes walking distance from two bus stops (in front of the Topolica Sports Hall and the other is across from the athletic field). Both are for local transportation only.
The price ticket is 1,50€.
The bus arrives every half an hour, and there are also a large number of local taxi drivers who pick up passengers at the stop and their fare is equal to the bus fare price.
By this bus you can get to the old town, bus / train station, nearby beaches, Sutomore, Canj …
For intercity transportation you have to go to the main bus station.
There is a gym just 200m from our property.
At 600m you can find athletic trails and tennis courts.
Also, at 400m you can find park adapted for sports activities.

Near our villa, you can visit 2 city beaches.
500m to Topolica Beach, 650m to Susanj Beach.
