This traditional culinary experience in Montenegro, held in a breathtaking natural environment, is time for a memorable outdoor experiment, learning about the culture of Montenegro in a slightly different way.
According to our tradition, every gathering starts with a glass of a homemade drink, so you will be served rakia, wine or juice while we get to know each other and prepare for this unique traditional cooking masterclass.
While cooking, drinking and having fun, you will hear interesting historical stories about the place where the workshop is held, the food you have prepared, lifestyle, as well as traditional culture of Montenegro!
Imagine all of this, surrounded by unbelievable natural beauty, while peaceful music is being played in the background.
Our teamwork will be well awarded! All participants will receive Certificate for finished masterclass, recipe of the prepared dish and one gift photo. But most important is that you will enjoy the dinner with amazing view ♥️.
Where do we go?
Due to the specific climate between the hills and the lake, village Meterizi is suitable for growing vines from which each house makes its own rakia and wine. The rakia from this area is often said to be the best rakia in Montenegro.
So, all our participants will have the opportunity to try traditional drinks from this area.
What do we make?
People of this area have survived for centuries by catching fish, carp and bleak.
Trout is just one of the traditional dishes of this region. It belongs to one of the highest quality freshwater fish due to the fact that it cannot live in polluted water.
Potato salad is indispensable addition when it comes to this meal.
Who can participate?
It doesn’t matter if you are alone on a trip, with your soulmate, in a group or with your family, this workshop is the right place for all those who know how to enjoy the moment and great company. This hedonistic culinary workshop is perfectly made for you, and your time with nature!
