Nevidio Canyon finds its place in the prospectuses as a unique tourist attraction. The unique beauty of the straits, cascades and sparkling beech trees preserved by the Nevidio Canyon is reason enough to visit this incredible jewel of Montenegro.

The name Nevidio, or Nevidbog, as it is called, is reminiscent of mysterious inaccessibility. Its cliffs are so tight that in some places light never reaches. It represents one of the biggest mountaineering challenges in this part of Europe.

Nevidio is 2.7 km long, 150 meters deep on average, with waterfalls and over 100 meters.

Where Durmitor and Soldier Mountains collided millions of years earlier, the Komarnica Canyon – the last conquered canyon in Europe – penetrated through the rock.

The first touch of Nevidio Canyon makes one blinded by indescribable beauty, unusual and strange, a beauty that human is not used to.
